1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a broker on ULO Prime Real Estate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register as a broker with ULO Prime Real Estate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid real estate broker license (where applicable by law)
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Have the legal right to enter into this agreement
• Comply with all local, state, and national real estate regulations

3. Registration Process

• Application Submission: You must complete the registration form with truthful and accurate information
• Verification: All applications are subject to verification, which may take up to 48 hours
• Approval: ULO Prime Real Estate reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion
• Documentation: You may be required to provide additional documentation to verify your credentials

4. Broker Responsibilities

As a registered broker, you agree to:

• Conduct all real estate transactions with integrity and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
• Provide accurate property information and listings
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and platform communications
• Keep your profile and contact information up to date
• Honor all commitments made to clients through our platform

5. Commission and Payment Terms

• Commission rates and payment terms will be clearly specified for each property listing
• Payments will be processed according to the agreed timeline after successful transaction completion
• ULO Prime Real Estate may charge platform fees or service charges as communicated
• All financial disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction

6. Property Listings

• All property listings must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• You must have proper authorization to list any property on our platform
• Misleading information, false advertising, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited
• ULO Prime Real Estate reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies

7. Code of Conduct

Brokers must:

• Treat all clients, other brokers, and platform users with respect
• Avoid discriminatory practices of any kind
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Protect client privacy and confidential information
• Not solicit clients outside the platform for the same properties listed on ULO Prime Real Estate

8. Intellectual Property

• ULO Prime Real Estate retains all rights to its platform, brand, logo, and content
• You may use our platform materials only for authorized business purposes
• You grant ULO Prime Real Estate permission to use your listings and profile information on our platform and marketing materials

9. Termination

ULO Prime Real Estate may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You receive repeated complaints from clients
• You fail to maintain required licenses or certifications
• You become inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

• ULO Prime Real Estate acts as a platform connecting brokers with clients
• We are not responsible for disputes between brokers and clients
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by brokers or clients
• You use the platform at your own risk
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Your data will be used to facilitate broker-client connections and improve our services
• We implement security measures to protect your information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

12. Modifications to Terms

ULO Prime Real Estate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered brokers of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration
